These three images are each individually done. The first is a double negative. I placed two negatives together in the enlarger head to print these. The second is a solarization picture. I started by first making tests of the picture to find the correct timing for the print. Once I found the timing, I used a new paper and exposed the paper to the correct amount of light. Then, I placed the picture in the developer. At the first sign of darkening I took the picture out and exposed it under unfiltered light for two seconds. From there, I put it back into the developer and continued with the proper developing steps. The last one is my word project. I found objects that looked like the letters H O and T. Then I used two O's an H and a T and constructed the word hoot!
These images were not done with a 35mm camera but with a pinhole camera. Using a oatmeal container and black paint, I made the camera. Ths circle of the base is what made the images look like they were done witha fish eye lens. To take a picture, I placed photo paper in the camera and covered the pinhole. once outside, I positioned my picture and exposed each individually to sunlight for approximately 5 seconds. To complete this, I developed each image with the proper developing steps. This project was very tricky to find the exact lighting for an image. Depending on the weather outside, the images were very hard to bring out.
